Horowitz, Paula Canny, Henry Lee on the Catherine Crier Show Andrew Mantas case
Horowitz defended Andrew Mantas with a successful NGI (Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity) plea deal. This is a very sad story of mental illness and loss. The victim's family strongly supported the NGI plea. A painful reminder of loss and family love and severe mental illness (which unfortunately went untreated) through no fault of the family.
