Molly Northrup (MBA) and I just published an article in the Contra Costa County Bar Association magazine (Contra Costa Lawyer). It discusses a software tool (Logikcull) that we use to handle huge document cases (100,000 pages and up on average). We have long worked with tools such as Casemap and DTsearch but for cases where document production is 90% junk and 1% gold, we needed a more robust tool. This program has traditionally been used by large firms but truthfully it is a perfect fit for the medium and smaller firm as well.
